My name is Jamie Haake and I've been with Charles Rutenberg Realty since 2005. I started my real estate career at a typical franchise company that keeps half of your money in return for their name. I was never happy there. The name was not worth the price. I had no control over my business and by the time I paid my commission split and fees I didn't have too much to show for my hard work. CRR is the total opposite...I love it there! I have never been busier, I am in control of my business and I am making more money then ever. I just had a baby in November and my time is very valuable right now. If I were still at my old office I would probably quit real estate because it wouldn't be worth it, but at CRR I may only do a handful of deals a year and still make a good living!
