ToolkitCMA is an exciting new Internet-based service that enables you to quickly and easily create high-impact marketing materials, including: listing presentations with CMA, with automatic merging of selected MLS property data; buyer presentation; buyer tour with MLS property data; email presentation with property data; and property flyers.

As a CRR agent, you have the ability to create customized marketing presentations online for a very low cost. There is no monthly or annual commitment. You simply pay $10 for unlimited use for any one calendar month period. Use it when you need it and only pay for the time you use it. In addition, there is no charge until you actually print or email your presentation or you create a pdf! It doesn't get any better than that. The fee will be charged to your credit card on file with CRR following our receipt of notice from Realty Tools of your use for any particular month.

We’ve recently added some new enhancements to make ToolkitCMA even better.

• Ability to sort properties on the Buyers Tour map

The ToolkitCMA slideshow presentation is very easy to create and automatically merges your contact information, the prospect information, property data and photos. The process to create a PowerPoint compatible slide show is very similar to the process of creating a printed presentation, so you will find it easy to use. The slideshow is intended to be a compliment to the printed presentation. In most cases when a slideshow is presented a printed presentation would also be prepared to leave behind with the prospect.

To begin using ToolkitCMA, open Internet Explorer and navigate to: http://www.toolkitcma.com.

In the box labeled Email Address, enter your entire email address on file with CRR.

For the Password, type: password

If you have not yet used ToolkitCMA the special web-page will give you a great overview of what the program offers. You can review PDF samples of each presentation and run the program using sample property data. Realty Tools provides a special one-on-one ToolkitCMA training called a Walk-Thru. The personal walk-thru is available at no cost to you. You may call Realty Tools’ Customer Service representatives to receive an individual walk-thru immediately or you may schedule a time for the walk-thru convenient to you via the special web-page.

To go to the Listing and "Searching For" databases, type and bookmark this URL.  http://www.gensburgltd.com    Click on the blue Realty Showcase banner and follow the links to the database selection homepage.  When prompted, enter your User Name and Password as shown below.

Click here for a .PDF file with instructions and pictures on how to use the new databases.  I recommend you print them out and leave a copy near the computer that will do database searches.

Submitting your own listings is always a free service.  The Commercial newsletter now has a daily readership of approx 2,400 agents in IL.  You submit to that newsletter by emailing Realty Showcase at SEFGarch@aol.com and typing your commercial information into the body of an email using the layout you see in the newsletter.  (In the next few months they will move the commercial submission process online.) 

The Residential newsletter also goes out to about 2,400 agents each day in Illinois.  Submission is free and you may submit residential listings online at http://www.gensburgltd.com. Submitting your information to Realty Showcase is a great way to announce New Listings, Open House dates and times, Price Reductions and Back on Market announcements. You can print out the newsletters and save the announcements for your owners marketing scrap book so you can show them how you are marketing their property.  (Realty Showcase plans to add pictures to the Residential Newsletter within a few months.)
